2026 Northeast Scholastic Day

On Wednesday April 1, 2026 Mrs. Rossmeier sponsored 22 Boyd County students who participated in the Scholastic Contest held at the Northeast Community College Campus. Students were selected by their teachers to participate in subject tests. There were 26 Class D schools and 18 Class C schools in attendance. In Class D Boyd County tied for 5th place. The students who participated in the contest were: Brandon Boettcher, Destiny Bennett, Clay Coenen, Amanda Davis, Mazee Johnson, Kayden Kayl, Jaylee Lechtenberg, Will Nelson, Claire Reiman, Brook Strom, Kaci Koenig, Alaina McBride, Bo Hipke, Gracen Eckert, Grace Finnegan, Madilynn Nolan, Ben Schmitz, Ethan Black, Jagger Reiser, Tanner Reiser, Brooklyn Nielsen and Sydney Thury. The top three students in each test received a medal.
