The Boyd County Powerlifting team competed in the second annual Verdigre Powerlifting Meet on Saturday. Eighteen lifters competed for Boyd County with several placing in the meet, hitting school records or personal bests. The Girls team and Coed team both placed third and the Junior High team brought home the runner-up trophy.
Girls placing in the meat were:

- Shaeden Polenske-2nd
- Savanna Ferris-4th
- Alana Widstrom-1st
- Amelia Hakl-7th
- Addison Biermeier-5th
- Kaylee Bennett-3rd.
Boys placing included:

- Aidyn Garwood-2nd
- Joshua Bennett-1st
- Isaac Jensen-7th
- Ben Schmitz-2nd
- Tanner Reiser-5th
- Koy Gonzales-8th
- John Wendt-2nd
- Hunter Mizner-2nd
- Derek Jensen-2nd
