Freshmen Take On May to Spread Awareness

May, marked officially as Military Appreciation Month, is a special month for both those in and out of the military. One half of the freshman class did a group presentation as a way to show their appreciation for all divisions of the United States Military. Click below to view their presentation.

The other half of the class took on a very important topic in today's society: mental health. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and is a time to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma so many experience.
