The Boyd County Junior High Girls team lost to Summerland 18-24 Saturday. McKenzie Snyder led the team in scoring with 7 points, followed by Paige Drueke 6, Mercedes Brooks 2, Addison Birmeier 2, and Brynn Almgren 1. Birmeier scored the only basket in the second game to help the Spartans claim a 2-0 victory.
