The Boyd County Junior High Girls Basketball team traveled to Summerland Saturday to take on the Bobcats. The Bobcats took a 11-5 lead in the first half before the Spartans fought back in the second. The Spartans fell 15-22. Maddy Brown led the way with 5 points, followed by Kaci Koenig with 4 and Kyla McCarthy, Alaina McBride, and Mya Burns with 2 each.
In the B Game, Burns led the way with 6 points, Tomi Whipple 4, and Elly Ziesler with 2. The young Spartans won 12-2.
